Here is Rise and the Flobots in London, after our sold out UK tour with them and Anti Flag, thanks to all who made it a memorable one. After a brief week home, we landed yesterday in Perth to begin our Australian tour with The (International) Noise Conspiracy that Joe is going to document through Twitter (www.twitter.com/riseagainst) . We've also added some new dates to our upcoming European tour this summer, check out the tour section. We're excited to be finally visiting places like Belfast and Sweden. 

Hey, everyone I've haven't had much time to devote to updating and finishing the website/forum. So I've decided to recruit some of you to help! I am looking to build a web team to help this website grow into the largest Rise Against community!

We use a CMS (Content Management System) so you don't need much web design experience and its pretty easy to use. I am willing to train you on how to use the CMS and etc. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Positions Available:
Backend Manager! (You would help publish lyrics, tabs, interviews, and media etc.)
News Publisher! (Write/Post news relating to Rise Against and other related bands)
Forum Moderator! (Help with spambots, organizing, and etc.)

During Canada's annual war on seals, hundreds of thousands of baby seals are killed for their skin in the most horrific ways imaginable.


Peta2 and Rise Against are bringing fans in Canada a chance to win some quality time with the band, by printing out petitions and getting signatures to stop seal slaughter. The winners will be the people who collect the most signatures per city that Rise Against is performing in during their summer tour.

Rise Against was recently nominated for PETA's Libby Awards. The Libby Awards are where peta2 (PETA's youth division, which is aimed at 13- to 21-year-olds) recognizes all the amazing companies, bands, people, etc who are helping animals. They were voted "Best Animal-Friendly Band" and received a Libby Awarda couple of days ago. Thanks to everyone who helped and voted for them!
